FREE SHIPPING 24h-48h to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, on all your purchases. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

Return from Spain

Cost : €5 .
Term : 15 DAYS FROM THE RECEIPT OF THE ORDER .
How : It's very easy: send us a message in our Contact section leaving us your name, address, telephone number and order number and we'll pick it up.
If you prefer, you can always send it on your own and the expenses are on your own (MIOH STORE – Caruso y Ana SL, c/ Calvo Sotelo 1, MIOH store, 26003 Logroño (Spain), Tel. 941 39 32 54).

Once the returned product is received, we will refund your money immediately (minus the €5 for transport in case we collect it). More details in our Return Policy.

Returns from the rest of the world

EU / EU (European Union): You will have to send it on your own (MIOH STORE – Caruso y Ana SL, c/ Calvo Sotelo 1, MIOH store, 26003 Logroño ( Spain ), Tel. 941 39 32 54) . Upon receipt of the returned product, we will refund your money in full. Follow the instructions in our Return Policy.

Rest of the world (not EU / EU): You will have to send it on your own (MIOH STORE – Caruso y Ana SL, c/ Calvo Sotelo 1, MIOH store, 26003 Logroño ( Spain ), Tel. 941 39 32 54) .Important: in returns from the "Rest of the World" MIOH will charge 30 euros to cover part of the customs and clearance costs. This amount will be reduced from the price to be returned.
